We have psychologists and therapists registered with WSIB (Workplace Safety & Insurance Board) who provide services under the Mental Health Program of Care (MHPOC), including: psychological evaluations, psychotherapy, and functional recovery services. The program typically starts with an initial assessment/ evaluation by a psychologist or psychological associate, followed by psychotherapy and/or functional recovery services with a registered therapist.

What is the process to register?
Once WSIB has approved your services, please contact our office to set up an initial appointment. We will need the following information:
- Name
- Date of Birth
- WSIB claim number
- WSIB case manager name and phone number
Do you offer direct billing?
Yes, we direct bill to WSIB for all services/appointments. There is no charge to the client.
What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy; if you cancel late or do not attend a session without notice, there is a cancellation charge equal to the full session fee. WSIB does not cover late cancellation fees, so these are payable by the client directly.
