I am an internationally trained mental health professional with many years of experience providing psychotherapy for adults. I am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
I have a strong background in evidence-based treatment modalities and specialize in Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Schema Therapy (ST), and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am CBT accredited by the European Association of BCT and Advanced Schema Therapist accredited by the International Society of Schema Therapy. I specialize in treating adults with a variety of symptoms and concerns, including social anxiety, panic disorder, GAD, OCD, trauma and PTSD, health anxiety, sleep issues, ADHD, grief and bereavement, adjustment difficulties, anger management, work and relationship related concerns and personality disorders and traits.
I have a MA in Psychology from Kamyanets Podilsky National University, Ukraine and graduated the Ukrainian Institute of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I worked at the Ukrainian Catholic University’s Mental Health Institute as well as in private practice. In addition to English, I am able to provide services in Ukrainian and also understand and speak Polish.
