Alysha Chin

Hi! I’m Alysha. I enjoy working with clients to help them gain clarity in their career goals and then making these goals a reality. Whether you are having difficulty identifying what you would like to do, have questions regarding education and programs, making a career transition, struggling to find a job, or have lost enjoyment in your current employment I can help you address these concerns.

Our initial session together would be working to understand where you are at, understanding your needs, interests, skills, and values. From there we work together to create an action plan then follow through to achieve your goals. You bring your expertise to yourself and I will bring my knowledge of job search and navigating the employer world. We will work together to reach your goals.

I received my bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Ryerson University and am currently completing the Career Development Practitioner Program with George Brown College. In addition to my formal education, I have worked for many years in operations, recruitment, and HR, and managed many teams across multiple industries.

Since everyone is unique, I draw from a combination of my education and experience and will work with you to meet your specific needs. I would love to help you find a career and path that makes you happy.
